A true story. A young minister is caught in a corruption deal. His wife leaves him, society discredits him. But what happens to him after that? The play deals with the timeless theme of corruption and deceit, with the search for shortcuts and tricks leading to social or financial growth. Spirituality is in the background at the expense of profit. And the means to achieve it are justified, although unscrupulous. This brief outline of the play's issues is highly noticeable in our current society. And although obvious, it can sometimes be quite unpredictable. Is everything as it seems? And are we capable of noticing it? A person sees what he knows, but what happens beyond knowledge? It is the mystery lurking around the corner and the intrigue surrounding it that are the basis of this play.
