From September 25 to 27, A1 Motor Park will host the sixth and final round of the Alpe Adria International Motorcycle Championship. For the first time, the international championship is coming to Bulgaria – and right on the decisive weekend of the season, when the final points will be awarded and the final winners will be announced.
The Alpe Adria International Motorcycle Championship is an established international track motorcycle championship, held under the auspices of the Alpe Adria Motorcycle Union and FIM Europe. In 2026, the calendar will cross six countries and include famous European tracks such as Brno, Cremona Circuit and Slovakia Ring, before the season ends at A1 Motor Park.
Over 500 competitors participate in the championship in different categories. This season, pilots from 23 countries, divided into 14 racing classes, are starting, with an average of around 200 competitors participating in each round.
The finale in Bulgaria places A1 Motor Park alongside some of the established European tracks on the Alpe Adria calendar. It is here that some of the most important battles of the season will be decided, and the best drivers from Central and Southeastern Europe will gather for three days of training, qualifying and racing.
During the same weekend, rounds of the Balkan and National Motorcycle Championships will also be held at A1 Motor Park, making the three days one of the strongest motorcycle racing programs in our country during the year.
However, Alpe Adria is much more than what happens on the track. This is a chance to see international motorsport up close – the tension in the pits, the work of the mechanics, the concentration of the drivers and the emotion just before the starting lights go out.
At A1 Motor Park you will see both established competitors and drivers who are making their names in international motorsport today and can fight for world titles tomorrow.
