This event ticket cancellation insurance is designed for individuals who purchase tickets for an event on the website www.kupibileti.bg and want to be protected against specific unforeseen situations beyond their control that could prevent them from attending the event. To be eligible for this insurance, you must be a resident of Bulgaria.

How can I purchase event ticket cancellation insurance?

Event ticket cancellation insurance is offered as an option when purchasing your event tickets. All you need to do is add it to your cart, and your tickets will be insured as soon as you complete the purchase.

How can I cancel my event ticket cancellation insurance policy?

You can submit a request for policy cancellation by emailing cashback@kupibileti.bg. You will receive a refund for the insurance cost if you cancel within 14 days, provided that no claim has been filed and the event has not started. The request should include your full name and contact phone number, and depending on the payment method:

a) If tickets were paid by bank card through DSK portal:

The insurance amount will be refunded to the same card used for ticket payment.

b) If tickets were paid by bank card through Epaybg or cash on delivery, you must send us:

Your bank account details (IBAN, Account Holder Name)
Your order number (found in the confirmation email with your tickets) or the code on your ticket
The email address used when purchasing the tickets

I no longer want to attend the event. Can I get a refund for my event ticket?

No, event ticket cancellation insurance does not provide coverage if you simply change your mind about attending the event.

The event has been canceled. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No, event ticket cancellation insurance does not cover event cancellations by the venue or organizer. Only ticket cancellations made by you due to a covered reason are considered under the event ticket cancellation insurance. To receive a refund for a canceled event, we recommend contacting the ticket provider’s customer service directly.

I have a pre-existing medical condition that prevents me from attending the event. Can I cancel and get a refund for my tickets?
Refunds for cancellations due to pre-existing medical conditions are not covered by the insurance. Please review the General Terms and Conditions of your policy.

A family member who is not attending the event has been hospitalized, and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Yes, if you cannot attend the event due to the hospitalization of a family member, you are eligible for a refund of your event ticket cost, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the policy.

If I or my companion for the event fall ill and cannot attend, can we receive a refund for our tickets?

If you cannot attend the event due to a covered reason and wish to receive a refund for your event ticket cost, you can contact us at claims.bg@allianz.com. You will need to provide supporting documents before we can proceed with the review and assessment of your claim. Once you submit your claim, you will receive a confirmation email, and the claims review process will begin.
