On December 5–6, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the gallery at 5 Oborishte Street, Sofia, we gather around a table for lunch, champagne and business talks.
Part of POP-UP BAZAAR × THE BIG TABLE, the lunch brings together entrepreneurs, designers, traders and people who are still looking to create their own business. A place to exchange experiences, make new acquaintances and form future partnerships.

Seasonal menu with regional products and a zero waste approach - with care for the full use of ingredients.
Welcome
Champagne with amino acid pearls.
Bread selection with three courses
Brioche, focaccia and classic bread, served with dairy courses with lactoferments, kefir and minimally processed vegetables.
Salad bar
Shared salad with pickles and optional toppings: shrimp, chicken, blueberries, pickled fruits and vegetables. With a roasted beetroot and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Main course
Regional chicken with savory oil and green cheese mousse.
Side dish: Oscar-inspired oat risotto verde.
Meatless option
Celery milk steak.
Dessert with no added sugar
Pumpkin roar with yogurt and walnut ice cream, prepared on site in front of guests with liquid nitrogen.
Lunch set: 110 euros.
Participation with a stand and a place at the business lunch: 350 euros per day.
